On 10th May 2017, the Egyptian banking delegates visited sefa to learn more about the SMME banking sector in South Africa.

The about 20 delegates were hosted by the CEO who also made a presentation on the SME landscape in South Africa.

The purpose of the study visit was to enable the delegates to understand the best practises of South Africa in SME banking especially the fact that banks in South Africa maintain a comprehensive business development platform that facilitates market access for small and medium enterprises.

The visit also was a mutual learning experience as it sought to share and exchange experience of SME financing, policies and procedures, international best practises SME services and success stories.
